Hello Team,
My customer looking for transistor arrays for switching on large number of LED. They are Looking for a transistor arrays for sink as well as source application. This transistor area is to be used to power the LED of a seven segment display where Darlington transistors with built in resistance. They are looking at sn75468 however they need something for source application as well.
Any suggestion is well apprecaited.
