Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ULN2003AI

Our customers are considering ULN2003AI and ULN2003B.
I have confirmed that there is a difference between ULN2003B and ULN2003AI in Collector cutoff current (ICEX), but is there any other difference?
Even though the collector cutoff current is smaller for ULN2003B, the cost does not change, so I think there are other differences.
