REF5010: Lost precision under 10KrAD gamma rays

Hi Team,

Application scenario is for flow transmitter using REF5010. REF5010 lost precision under about 10Krad gamma rays. Does we have any special device can bare such radiation situation test and keep the precision? Thanks a lot.

    Hi Tess,

    At the moment, we do not have anything in the REF50xx family that can meet the 10Krad gamma rays test.  We have only one space grade voltage reference that can support a 10V reference (TL1431-SP).  The part is a adjustable shut regulator so it is quite different than a fixed series reference.
