Trying to find a package that Mouser stocks, they have INA230A but no INA231A, we need uA operating power and 1.8 Volt I2C + Alert.
TI, INA231AIYFDR your system doesn't recognize the part number Mouser has listed.

Hello Kevin,
Thank you for using the TI forum. The short answer is no, the INA230 can't do 1.8V logic (look below for an explanation). That being said, I don't understand why you cant use the INA231A. I see the same part number that Mouser has in our TI system here: https://www.ti.com/store/ti/en/p/product/?p=INA231AIYFDR. Also, this part seems to be in stock at the Mouser link you provided.
As for the INA230, the minimum high-level input voltage for the INA230 is 0.7*VS. This device operates at a minimum VS of 2.7V. So, the minimum voltage that can be detected as a logic high with minimum supply would be 0.7*2.7=1.89V. So, this will not work for 1.8V logic.
Thanks, I'd forgotten where to look on the data sheet, even with a Vs of 2.7v it wouldn't work with this part. We can use the INA231A (no choice) for our 1.8v very low power remote battery based project but it is just hard to solder ball devices with my Weller solder station :) ...
Thanks
Hello Kevin,
Have you looked at the INA233? It also support 1.8V logic, but comes in the VSSOP package. The INA228/INA238/INA237 also support 1.8V logic, but may use more power than you want.
