TPS65268-Q1: Efficiency calculation

Hi team,

Could you give me the efficiency of TPS65268-Q1 at following condition?

It looks there is no EVM nor webench support, correct?

1. BUCK1

Vin=5V, Vout=3.3V, Fsw=2MHz

2. BUCK1

Vin=5V, Vout=2.2V, Fsw=2MHz

3. BUCK2 and BUCK3

Vin=5V, Vout=1.8V, Fsw=2MHz

    TPS65268-Q1 shares the same die with TPS65263-Q1. The only difference is the datasheet where the input voltage tolerance is a little bit different. So you may use the EVM of TPS65263-Q1 (no webench). 

    To get the efficiency, would you please tell me the load current, the inductor and the output capacitor?

    Could you measure following condition? efficiency of BUCK2 and 3 should be same, correct?

    #2.BUCK1 Vin=5V, Fsw=2MHz, Vout=2.2V
        inductor 2.2uH Iload min 667mA typ 1A max 1.5A
    #3.BUCK2 Vin=5V, Fsw=2MHz, Vout=1.8V
        inductor 2.2uH Iload min 667mA typ 1A max 1.5A
    #4.BUCK2 Vin=5V, Fsw=2MHz, Vout=1.8V
         inductor 15uH Iload min 147mA typ 196mA max 256mA
    #5.BUCK2 Vin=5V, Fsw=2MHz, Vout=1.8V
        inductor 22uH Iload min 67mA typ 100mA max 150mA

    For the #4 and #5, suggest using 2.2uH inductor.

    1.15A: 94.65%
    1.56A: 93.06%

    667mA: 92.02%
    1A: 90.32%
    1.5A: 87.21%

    #3.BUCK2 Vin=5V, Fsw=2MHz, Vout=1.8V
    inductor 2.2uH Iload min 667mA typ 1A max 1.5A
    667mA: 91.57%
    1A: 89.84%
    1.5A: 86.67%

    #4.BUCK2 Vin=5V, Fsw=2MHz, Vout=1.8V

    147mA: 91.19%
