TPS54335A: Output pin (PH, pin 3) is shorted to GND

Part Number: TPS54335A

1. It is a buck converter with input voltage 8 to 18V and output is 5V in our PCB. Maximum current in our system is 1.5A
2. We observed the output pin (PH, pin 3) is shorted to GND.
3. Around 10 TPS54335A IC got failed.

4. We need your immediate support for this issue.

the pdf format is preferred, the layout files should include top and bottom layer.

2. And could you take a picture of the top marking on IC?
