Is there a part that has (almost) the same specs and is pin compatible to this part?

Hello,

There is no pin compatible device. You can consider LM3409 which is similar but is a controller (external PFET), or TPS92512/3.

Hello Jeroen,

If you need a small quantity (<50 units), I might be able to do something towards the end of this week. However for anything more, you would need to go by the lead times provided by TI or your distribution vendor.
