We are using BQ78PL116 in our project, As we are able to use only two physical temperature sensors. We have mapped the temperature sensors XT1 and XT2 all 4 cells. and XT3 and XT4 pins are left open. In normal Operation the temperature sensing is working fine, But for power ON reset of the BQ the temperature sensor-4 is reading abnormal value when reading from host micro, and observed OTS flag set in permanent fail status.
During above condition Fuse reset from the Host micro controller is not executing, when I do reset from BQ tool it is getting cleared.
This become the issue for our product as we cannot access the BQ IC directly from external.

And in the same gg file I am observed the SMBus Full charge capacity is multiplied by 10, even I am using the IP scale 10. because of this host multiplication factor(10) is making it overflow. Please help on this.
