Hi team

I've built an environment to make it work.
But it doesn't work.

The hardware is connected as shown in the manual.

Please tell me how to improve it.

In another article, it was stated that the USB2ANY for EVM connection does not work when the OS is 32bit,

but FAE of Japan explains that it should be able to connect even with 64bit.

Just choose the right device and enable the device. Then the hardware will be connected.

In my environment, when I start up with the hardware connected, it says the device version is unknown and prompts me to update.

I skipped it and went ahead and selected LP8864.
I selected the LP8864 and clicked "start".

I clicked "Enable", but the EVM does not work.

The bottom left of the GUI shows "No hardware connected".

By the way, the green light of USB2ANY is on.

Can you give me the installation manual, because the EVM manual only says to follow the installation.

Hi Kazuya,

Just following the tips during the installation. We don't have the installation manual.
