TPS61194: Is it okay to exceed the maximum PWM frequency by a few kilohertz?

Part Number: TPS61194

What are the drawbacks to exceeding the maximum PWM frequency by a few kilohertz (e.g. 24kHz)?

In our application, the ceramic output decoupling capacitors are causing a slight audible noise at ~18kHz and the next highest frequency we can generate is 24.4kHz.

We are running the boost at ~1.2MHz and it looks as though the PWM works fine at 24.4kHz.

For this application, it is more important that the design be inaudible than it is for the dimming ratio and duty-cycle to be accurate.
