TLC59284: In our practical application, we found that this IC is easily subject to external interference and leads to LED flicker. Please help to determine if you have any way to improve this problem.

Could you describe more about the issue and what is the external interference you mentioned? We need to determine the cause for flicking firstly. Here are many reasons cause the issue, like unstable VOUT, unpredictable channel on/off or wrong signal on BLANK. Could you help to capture the waveform for the VCC / VLED / VOUTx / BLANK when flicker happen?

Could you help to share the schematic? The large noise on VCC and BLANK is unacceptable. What is the external interference cause these noise. I think there may need add some capacitor on these pins to filter the noise.

1)  when  we turn off/on  AC Switch  on board ,   LED flick , LED driver  very easy subject to  this external interference

2)  when  ESD discharge,   LED flick also.

We need schematic and waveform, your description is only phenomenon and our expert can't figure out what happened from that.

we have attached LED driver schematic  ,   when  LED driver standby , we turn off/on  switch on PCBA or  ESD discharge,   LED driver  pin VCC 3.3V ,BLANK, LAT,SCLK,SIN  have external  interference ,  LED  flick ,  and LED driver pin waveform in the ppt file last time
