BQ76925: Can't communication by AARDVARK

Firstly, I think the image is not easy to read. 

Second, have you check if bq76925 is working normally? All other signals is fine. 

During communication, did you check the I2C waveform is normal? Is it NACK from bq76925?

Have you tested I2C on your board and it has ever worked? 

A faster way to put your IC on EVM to ensure IC is damaged or not. 

Yes, I have a tested.
No, I can't change IC to EVM, because the package is different.

I already apply CPR process, but I got feedback was "FREE SAMPLES is no longer candidate for FA." And local team FAE can't support it too,
then I try E2E method.
Finial I got image is "TI's support ability become bad"
