Hello Team ,

I have application to switch 50VDC supply along with short circuit , Over voltage protection. At present MOSFET used as Load switch , 50VDC supply On/Off timing is 1.2Hz.

Can I use eFuse both as Load switch in place of MOSFET and with above Protection ?

Short Circuit Current Limitation : 50mA

OverVolatge Limit : 55VDC

MOSFET Power On / Off timing : Off for 1.2 Second , ON for 30 sec.

Can I simulate this on TI-TINA Software ? I mean models and all available ?

Hi Bhupendra,

TPS2662 is better option for currents at this level.

We have PSpice models available on product folders for both the devices. TI-TINA are not available.
