Hi,

I'm looking for high speed non-isolated gate diver for mosfet ( up to 2Mhz switching frequency).The driver IC basic specifications are ,

1.Input Voltage minimum: 4VDC

2. It can be suitable for both High-side and low side operation.

3. It can support for 100%duty cycle operation ( I can provide an external floating power supply for High-side driver for 100%  duty cycle support, bootstrap technique not considered)

4. minimum gate drive current is 0.5A.

The "UCC27537" Driver IC requires minimum VCC is 10V, Can you please suggest any suitable part number. same as "UCC27537" with 4V VCC.
