TPS2554: Input supply below recommendation Vin value

Hi,

May I know if TPS2554 will still function properly if Vin supply to IN pin drops to 4.4V, on datasheet it mentioned recommended operating condition for IN would be 4.5 - 5.5V. Since my application is in a way that source of input comes directly from Vbus hence there might be instances where Vbus might be lower than 4.5V. Would this be a concern for my design?
