TPS54336A: Deviation Found on the Thermal Pad and Leads/Pins

Hello there,

We received a part, P/N TPS54336ADDAR and found many scratches with even some look like copper exposed on the thermal pad and the leads/pins. Would it be an adverse impact to the soldering process to the PCB or it is a normal condition for this TI part? Kindly advise.
