Hi folks, 

Quick question, we're looking for a P2P drop-in replacement for the TPS7A88 due to limited stock. It looks like the TPS7A89 is an alternative that can go up to 2A vs 1A on the TPS7A88, is this the only difference between the device versions? Any other differences that wouldn't make this a P2P replacement?

    Hi Alpha, 

    The minimum output capacitor values are different. 

    It also seems that the PSRR values are lower on the TPS7A89 - which would have to be determined by the customer if those are still within an acceptable range.
