The customer is looking for a charger IC with the following specifications.
Battery: Lithium polymer (500mAh)
Input voltage: 4.75~5.25V (USB voltage)
Charging current: 300mA
Charging voltage: 4.2V
Topology: Linear
Function: Requires a function to limit charging at high or low temperatures by connecting to the NTC thermistor attached to the battery.
Please recommend products with the above specifications.
