TPS51200 - VTT is not 0.9V

Hi, I measure the REFIN pin is 0.9V after the voltage divider but my VTT output is seeing 0.4V. Is there any debuggin procedure I should do to find the problem of the board?

    Angela,

     

    1) Check REFOUT.  TPS51200 uses the REFOUT voltage as its control voltage, so REFOUT should be 0.9V as well.

    2) Check VLDOIN to make sure its high enough to support VTT = 0.9V

    3) Check Current Limit - When PGOOD is "low" current limit is 1/2 it's nominal value, so current limit could be 1.5A with VO = 0.4V
