TPS61378-Q1: Switch current in simulation

Hi,

I notice dips in the switch current and output voltage when running the PSpice model on the TPS61378 web page.
This is strapped for FixedPWM on the mode pin (high) so the behavior is expected to be smoother.

I have configured a toggling input 3.2V/6V and set output to 10V/500mA.

Please explain what we see here for 6V input:

Here from the web example. I changed the top FB resistor from 820K to 920K, and placed a PWL generator for alternating input voltage. That's all.

Hello Sir,

I didn't see any obvious errors on schematic.

I simulate the circuit in Pspice and the result looks good. No strange behaviors were found. Please see below waveform picture.

Zack,

Can I ask you to log a shorter span (2.50ms to 3.00ms), for me to see the waveform of the inductor current better?
I use the latest PSpice for TI "v7.4-2020-S004".

We should see the exact same behavior, do you not agree?
