My customer requires 0.7A current, at VIN=10V, VOUT=40V.

Is it possible by replacing the FET and the inductor of TPS92692-880?

Yes, you can replace the FET and the inductor of the TPS92682EVM. You need to be sure that the inductor and FET can handle the power and current level of your design.
