TPS6594-Q1: What does the middle four digits (in the red box) mean in 1111 and 1212

Part Number: TPS6594-Q1

Hi Team,

The one on the left is in the datasheet (there is no latest specification), and the right is the what customer has received. The middle four digits are different. What does the middle four digits (in the red box) mean? What are the coding rules? Thank you.
