I'm evaluating a borad based on bq4050 and studying the CEDV implementation.
I realize that the chip looks pin to pin compatible with bq40z50 (impedance track), so I'm wondering if it is possible to obtain an a valid bq40z50R2 with just a firmware upgrde uploading the related SREC file.
Is it possible ?
