BQ76952: REG18 is coming 0.6V & I2C communication is not happening

I am using BQ76952 in my custom board, after powering up the BQ76952 I am getting REG18 as 0.6V & I am not able to establish I2C communication using my MCU.

Kindly share some information on how to rectify this issue
