TPS63060: Output short Protection

Hi,

My customer is evaluating TPS63060.

The device is damaged by turning on(EN: L→H) on output short condition.

Is this correct behavior?

VIN=9V, VOUT=5.5V

    Hi Kuramochi

    the device have short protection feature. so i think the IC shouldn't damage in the condition. not sure if the damage is caused by the special setup. could you apply an EVM for  reference. 

    also review the schematic and layout to check it they follow the suggestion in datasheet.
