My customer compares TPS92612 with TPS92612-Q1 data sheet, but can't compare the difference from the characteristic table. The car certification will guarantee the yield rate. I compare the value of MTBF/FIT is the same 5.69x10^9. Can you tell me the difference between TPS92612 and TPS92612-Q1?
