My purpose is to have more support for alternative part to TPS7B7701-Q1 (Case CS0454033 solution proposed).
Answer provided with TPS7B7702 is not satisfying as it is also out of stock.
Could you propose another solution, maybe with 2 chips instead of 1?

The semiconductor industry as a whole is facing large supply challenges as demand has outstripped supply, so we are trying to help many customers find alternative parts for both TI and competitor ICs. Unfortunately the TPS7B7701-Q1 antennae LDO is a very unique device which has many features like Current Sense, Fault Detection/Diagnostics, etc... built into it and the only alternative part we have is the TPS7B7702-Q1.
To implement this using multiple ICs would require many ICs such as a high voltage LDO, a current sense amplifier, supervisor ICs/comparators for Fault Diagnostics, Reverse Polarity Protection diodes, and Inductive Clamp diode. Replicating the fault diagnostics would be the most difficult as many of the internal nodes of an LDO are not accessible from the outside but the current sense and protection diodes would be reasonable to reproduce externally.
Below is a spec comparison table for the LDOs I'd recommend if you wanted to build the current sense and protection functionally discretely.
