Supercapacitor charger for RTC

Dear Ti,

I designed circuit using ADSP-SC589 (Refer to www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/ADSP-SC582_583_584_587_589_ADSP-21583_584_587.pdf)

But RTC battery is not charged below this circuits.

(RTC battery is supercap[that spec is attached below this)

I think that circuit need to supercap charging part circuit.

So, Please recommand supercap charger.

    Hi Inho,

     

    For supercap charging, please look into the BQ24640, BQ25710, and BQ25713 to see whether they meet your charge voltage, charge current, and input voltage requirements. The BQ24640 is a standalone charger, while the BQ2571x chargers are host-controlled.
