Hi Fujiwara,

For the scheamtic:

1. Add two 1 ohm driver resistors in DR1H, DR1L.

2. ILIM pin resistor RS128 82kohm is not a correct value. Change it to 50kohm.

3. Add a 220nF ceramic capacitor across ISP pin ot ISN pin. Insert two 10ohm resistors in ISP, ISN traces.
