DRV103: Replace Si8238BD-D-ISR

Hi Kevin,

DRV103 is an older generation low side driver meant for solenoids. New low side, half bridge and isolated drivers are available from TI but are under a different product line. I would suggest taking a look at the following Gate Driver portfolio here: https://www.ti.com/power-management/gate-drivers/overview.html 

To get the fastest response, please make a new post and tag a low side or isolated driver to see if a cross is possible.
