TPS62130A: Switch node abnormal at light lodes

Hi Sirs,

The TPS62130A design spec is 

Vin: 3.3V;

Vout: 1.15V

I_load: 0.16A

Fsw: 1.25MHz 

Could you help check the switch node at light loads (0.16A), is it operating in power save mode? 

We measure the min switching level is -0.6V that under spec rating -0.3V, any impact?

Please help advised if any design mistake.
