The customer purchased the EV2400 module on ti.com on March 2rd. The order number is T01145762. Two weeks later, it was found that the signal indicator did not light up, and the installation software did not respond. He wants to know if it can be replaced or repaired?
CSC requests customer to submit a post on E2E, but customer fails to do it. Then I help him to post this one. Would you help to check how to resolve this case?
