We use BQ27411-G1. From time to time, approximately one time in several months, we get back device from our customers, because of device can't read battery information. Almost every time BQ27411-G1 simply don't respond to requests. Full discharge of battery or disconnecting battery for several seconds solve the problem. We try to understand in wich case BQ27411-G1 can be silent? What we should do in such situation. The only way we see is set additional key to disconnect BQ27411-G1 from power for a short time when it happens, but this solution is strange and requered additional components. May be you can say why it happens and what we can do?
