BQ76PL455A-Q1: Power supply of the device

Part Number: BQ76PL455A-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS570LS0714, BQ76PL455A

Hello,

I am trying to design a prototype of battery management system using this device BQ79PL455A-Q1 for the monitoring, and also the microcontroller TMS570LS0714 for the data management. The thing is that I have a bit doubt about the power supply of the devices; if I have understood correctly, pins VDIG and VIO from BQ79PL455A-Q1 are fed from the TOP pin through a NPN transistor. However, I would like to know if I can also use those two pins for the microcontroller supply (its pins are VCC and VCCIO) in a direct connection.

Thank you so much!!
