UCC21750: LTSpice Simulation Problem

Part Number: UCC21750

Hello,

I have the same problem. It would be great if you can share the solution.

  • Hi,

    Welcome to E2E!

The issue you are referring to was related to the circuit as there were some wrong connections that would not let the simulation run. The model file for the UCC21750 that can be downloaded from the product folder through TI.com should not have a problem in LTSpice.

I can give some recommendation to find the issue and get the simulation running:

    1. Make sure that all the pins of the UCC21750 are connected properly. Even un-used features should have the respective pins connected properly for the simulation to run.
    2. Start with only 1 gate driver to ensure the model is working in your workspace. More components of the overall circuit can be added in steps in order to isolate the source of the error in simulation.
    3. If the single driver works and then simulation stops working after adding complexity then the issue could be due to other models in the simulation.

If simulation error cannot be found feel free to reply to this comment with a screenshot of the circuit being simulated.

    Best regards,

    Andy Robles
