I  used BQ33100 part for 5 supercaps , As mentioned in data it automatically calculate ESR  & capacitance in 15 days .

Q1. Can I disable LLEN pin through software .if yes , how?

Q2.  what is the output voltage of CHG pin when LLEN enable & when disable .(we are facing random behavior of this pin.)

Q3. i used this circuit with BQ24640 with some change . (schematic attached ) after some days I found that  Bq33100 constant current load section used for ESR & capacitance measurement are   burnt out . please suggest how can we avoid. 

Q4. when we control the LLEN pin through software it is showing random behavior. Sometime it functionally well , sometimes not . it doesnot work well when ESR & capacitance enable &  super cap power goes shut down .

    Hello Shivam,

    Yes you can disable the pin with command 0x0038 Learn Load Clear - Sets the LLEN pin low.

    The LLEN pin is controlled by the firmware to set a learning load to be on. You can check the EVM design for layout.

    I would recommend following the EVM as a guide, what testing was used to determine the damage?
