LMZM23600: Pick and Place Manufacturing

Part Number: LMZM23600

Customer is considering LMZM23600SILR in uSIP package.  They wanted to make sure there are no concerns with pick and placing the device during manufacturing.

The data sheet shows a reasonable pick area but wanted to double check.
