UCC28730: OVP issue

Part Number: UCC28730

Hi all,

I'm designing a 12V/2A smps using an ucc28730 and a former flyback transformer.

parameters are :

Vin min : 150V

Rs1 : 100k

Rs2 : 56K +10k var

Rcs :0.5R

Lp : 750uH

Np : 70

Ns : 9

Na :8

at 230V, it works but when there is no load, output voltage slowly increase  up to the OVP (14V ) and the IC restart, reaches 12V , increases slowly, and so on....

ipp =0.5A and Fsw is roughly 300Hz (why not 32Hz  ???)

I have increased Rcs to 1ohm to decrease energy transfered  and now it works but output current is limited to 1.25A.

What can I check / change to make it work up to 2A ?
