BQ34Z100-G1: Learning Cycle Failure - Lead Acid Batteries

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1

Hi all,

I'd posted about this previously, but was missing some information, and it loos like my reply got lost down the forum.  I'm running a BQ34Z100-G1 on a 54 Ah sealed lead acid battery pack.  I've been unable to get it to move past 0x04 on the learning cycle.

  1. 54 Ah deep-cycle sealed lead-acid battery pack
  2. Current scaled by 2, design energy scaled by 2
  3. 4.8A discharge, 6ish amp charge
  4. I can't get it to move past 0x04 on the learning cycle.  Not sure if I have a setting wrong, or exactly what's going on.  Discharging down to 11.7V loaded, the attached log file shows two charge and discharge cycles...

Log and gg files attached, thanks for your help...
