FET dies during LLC Block operation.
I thought that the output current was excessive, so I tried lowering the output current and operating it, but the result is the same.
Question 1) On the waveform, it appears that the gate waveform between the high and low sides overlaps. Is it correct? Which part should be corrected?
Question 2) The current rises momentarily after switching off in the waveform. Which part should be corrected?
Question3) I request a review of the circuit diagram and PCB file. (Please let me know if there are any parts that need to be corrected.)
