TLC59108F: Inquiry about min. VIH of I2C

Hi 3V3 is OK for the I2C communication voltage level because the threshold is about 2V.

I need to confirm about schematic and help about ESD issue.

There are two b'd which are led driver b'd and led b'd.

These two b'd was connected through J5 connector.

ESD setting is 1.2/50us, 42ohm, 1KV.

If we hit the ESD to Pin2(connect to OUT6), Pin3(connect to OUT5), Pin4(connect to OUT4) of J5, TLC59108F was dead.

We are debugging while changing several ESD protection parts on Pin2, 3, 4 of J5.

But there is no easy to find resolution.

Could you recommend protection IC and guide to protect this device from ESD?
