Hi Danilo,
Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. The PSpice model (.LIB file) and schematic symbol.(OLB file) are included in the zip file available in the product folder on TI.com. The customer needs to download zip file from the product folder and extract and save the files contained in it. In the Capture CIS tool, select place part and then in the Libraries box on the right, select add new library and select the saved CSD19532Q5B.olb file. This will allow the symbol to placed into the schematic. The customer also needs to add the CSD19532Q5B.lib file to the simulation profile which can be found under the PSpice pull-down menu in Capture CIS. After selecting new simulation profile or edit simulation profile, click on the Configuration Files tab and then select Library. Browse to the CSD19532Q5B.lib file and add it to the design. TI also offers PSpice for TI for our customers (available for download on TI.com) and the CSD19532Q5B is included in the built-in library.

John Wallace
