Hi,

Is 24pin(NCpin) connected with the internal circuit?

I'm asking this because around of the 24pin was damaged especially on the customer's testing.

Pin number 24 is not internally connected. Which other pins were damaged along with 24pin ?

I have additional questions.

Is the 24pin connected with the die via bonding wire?

Are other NC pins same condition?

Hi Kuramochi,

All NC pins have not internal connection i.e., no connection to the die via wire
