BQ76930: Cant enter normal mode

Dear support team,

I have the following problem. Once I enter SHIP mode I cant wake up the chip, with the TS1 pin. I have followed the datasheet and put it to sleep with writing 0x01 and then 0x02 to SYS_CTRL1.

To be able to wake it up I have to then remove the balancing connector and reconnect it.

The scheme is attached bellow.
