TPS61089: About the operation when the LED is connected to the load

I'm wondering if the TPS61089 can be used like an LED driver.

In TPS61087, which is also a step-up DCDC, there is a circuit example when the LED is used as a load as shown in the figure below.

Is it possible to load LEDs with TPS61089 with the above circuit example configuration?
