I recommend attempting to program the failed units with an EV2400 and bqStudio. I do not know what the error code you sent me means. Please use TI tools first to see if that solves the issue.

Our Tester and the ABA swap show a failure of the parts.

I am sorry but I cannot give our address to ship suspected failed devices in a public forum. Also i am not convinced it is needed that this point. Were you able to establish valid communication using the TI tool chain (Ev2400 and BQStudio) prior to swapping devices? 

After you swapped devices the new devices work just fine on the original setup (i still don't know what this setup is)

We get no valid communication with the TI tool.
The ABA-swap confirm the issue with the parts. The error is always on the PCB with the bad parts. We find consistently parts with this issue.
