Is this gg file the one export after the log file? or is this the gg file from the golden image? The reason RM and SOC go to 0 is because your FCC goes to 0. After looking into the gg file i do not see anything that would cause this behavior. Please export the gg file from the failing pack after this behavior is observed,

I am also needing the GG file, this is the export of the datamemory section from the device. You have one above, but i need one from the end of the test to see how internal registers got updated.

Sorry, I forgot ask customer to provide their tested condition on last posted.

Please refer this information as below:

They are trying to testing the charge time out function of their charger on PCBA.

But at the same time our gauge is still calculating RM, FCC and SOC, and the last FCC got to 0.

Due to this tested condition that end customer has a doubt on it, they just want to know why the FCC change to 0?

Can you help to figure out an explanation form datasheet or TRM?
