Hello,

Can I use UCC24612 as synchronous rectfier controller when DC link voltage is 300V?

Hi VICKY,

May I ask what you mentioned DC link voltage 300V is output voltage ?

If so , there is no need a SR when output voltage is 300V , since the rectifier diode loss percentage 1V/300V = 0.3% is pretty low .

Yes, I meant output voltage. Thank you very much. But the average current through individual diode is around 5A and this will cause around 20W of conduction loss. So, I am thinking of using MOSET and reducing the loss further more.
