BQ76200: How to wake battery pack from ship or shutdown mode when using high-side FETs

Part Number: BQ76200

Hello,

I'm looking through the application notes for the BQ76200, and I can't find information on how to wake a pack up from ship mode or shutdown. For example, if the cells drop below the minimum voltage in the gas gauge file, but are still safe to pre-charge, does the typical application circuit allow a charge voltage to wake the pack up? Or, more importantly, how do I wake the pack up when it's first assembled?

With a low-side configuration I'd just jump start it by applying a charge voltage to the pack terminals. There doesn't appear to be an obvious path for that to work with the BQ76200.
