Hello

I would like to use two for LMR33630-Q1 in parrallel.

One is for 12V to 5V buck, the other is for 12V to 4V buck, are there any pitfalls or potential problems?

You mean the two converters share one input supply? it's OK to do this, better to add bead ferrite on each converter input for lower input noise.
